PSHE ( Personal, social and health education)
To enrich the PSHE curriculum and support our children's wellbeing we follow SCARF's PSHE scheme of work. SCARF adopts the ‘Growth Mindset’ approach and supports our children in promoting positive behaviour, mental health, wellbeing, resilience and achievement – giving them everything they need to meet the new Relationships Education and Health Education requirements. The theme for this half term is
’Being my best’
Being my best is all about trying to live healthily and in the best possible way. It involves being healthy in the body through physical activity and healthy eating and also in the mind through positive thinking and a positive mindset.
