Worship Ambassadors

Our Worship Ambassadors are children from Year 5 who play an important role in supporting and leading collective worship within our Church of England school.

They help prepare the space for worship, ensuring everything is ready and welcoming for our school community. They also help us begin our time together with the greeting, “Peace be with you,” creating a calm and reflective atmosphere. Our Worship Ambassadors support the smooth running of collective worship and help everyone to join in with prayers, reflection and worship. They also help to lead us in our closing prayer before sharing the greeting, “Peace be with you,” once again.

Through their role, our Worship Ambassadors demonstrate our Christian values, develop their confidence and leadership skills, and help nurture a sense of belonging, peace and togetherness across our school.
